Bill has represented exclusively employers and executives since he began his practice over 2 decades ago.  Before he became a lawyer, Bill worked in retail operations, human resources, and also sold football equipment.  Bill has served as lead trial counsel in cases all over the country.  As the chair of Ogletree’s national Sports & Entertainment Practice Group, Bill has been privileged to represent pirates, minions, Muppets, killer whales, dolphins without tails, and lions and tigers and bears.  He is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, is named in Best Lawyers in America by US News and World Reports, and is designated as a Top Lawyer in Florida by Florida Trend magazine.  Bill grew up in Lakeland and worked for years with his father in their family business, where he learned the value of commitment to service and hard work.  When Bill takes an occasional day off, he loves to spend time with his family and golden retriever, watching the Bucs and Gators, and going to concerts and shows.
