Micah Daugherty is a manufacturing expert with over 35 years of experience in metals processing, manufacturing engineering, sales and strategic management, and continuous improvement.  He grew up in the steel industry near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he worked for Weirton Steel Corporation for 15 years.  Since that time, Micah has held C-level positions and owned his own company.  As the Vice-President of Client Engagement for FloridaMakes (with whom he has worked for 7 years), Micah continues to use his knowledge and expertise in manufacturing to help Florida’s manufacturing community become more resilient and to strengthen and grow Florida’s manufacturing economy.
