The Results are In . . .

The Nature Coast Manufacturers’ Association asked its members about their current workforce, labor shortages/vacancies, workforce skill gaps, and the needed focus for workforce training and development within the manufacturing industry in the Nature Coast Region. 

We have compiled the survey participants’ answers and added some insights about the region’s current labor shortage, manufacturing skill gaps, possible solutions, and how the manufacturing industry can build and prosper in 2022.
