CRH plc, the global leader in building materials solutions, announced an agreement to acquire Barrette Outdoor Living, Inc. (“Barrette”) from TorQuest Partners and Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec (CDPQ) for an enterprise value of $1.9 billion.
The leading provider of residential fencing and railing solutions, Barrette Outdoor Living is proud to be an American manufacturer with 14 locations throughout North America, including their Brooksville/Hernando County, FL location. Barrette’s outdoor products are sold through specialty retailers, home centers, and lumberyards.
