You will learn about developing your corporate culture from Rich Williams.  Rich is the President of The Rich Williams.com, a professional speaking, training, and recruiting firm.  He is also author of the book “Recruiting and Retaining Top Talent”.  Rich has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska. Rich is passionate about learning and growing and helping others to do so as well. He has spoken at events all over the country and provides leadership, sales, business, and HR training for his clients.

You will learn about the Lean Manufacturing Production Process from David Dragon. “Lean” is based on an ideology of maximizing productivity while simultaneously minimizing waste within a manufacturing operation. The lean principle sees waste is anything that doesn’t add value that the customers are willing to pay for. The benefits of lean manufacturing include reduced lead times and operating costs and improved product quality.
