Curtis Scaglione serves as a Nationally Recognized NISOD Award-winning Dean of the School of Business Innovation & Technology at Pasco-Hernando State College, where he leads the strategic integration of emerging technologies into the academic landscape. A Cisco Certified Instructor and leader in Management Information Systems (MIS), Dean Scaglione is a leading advocate for the infusion of Artificial Intelligence into modern business curricula.
Beyond his administrative role, Dean Scaglione is deeply committed to the professional trajectory of his students. As the Lead Advisor for the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and FBLA Collegiate, he mentors the next generation of leaders, emphasizing that AI is not just a tool for efficiency, but a catalyst for creative problem-solving. A recipient of the Exemplary Student Engagement Award and two international Hallmark Awards, he focuses on bridging the gap between theory and practice—developing campus Maker Spaces and innovative E-Learning frameworks that prepare students to navigate and lead in an increasingly automated global economy.
