Karin Hoffman is the founder and CEO of Key Innovative Solutions, a firm that is committed to expanding workforce development by connecting industry and education together in dynamic sector strategies to develop robust talent for a variety of industries including aerospace and aviation, construction, manufacturing, cybersecurity, IT, logistics, semiconductors, etc.

As a veteran in education and workforce education policy, her expertise is guiding employers to identify the specific talent and skills needed for their exponential growth and expansion. With this critical data, training providers, then, develop the necessary programs to generate these essential skills for individuals, students, and adults, to be equipped in high-wage, high-demand careers.

Of her many roles of voluntary service, Karin has been honored to serve as a gubernatorial appointee for five years to the Southern Region Education Board, a federal compact of over 70 years of the southern 16 states. She, also, has served as Commissioner to the Florida Commission on the Status of Women, appointed by to this office by Florida’s Attorney General. As Chair, she led FCSW in the effort to bridge the gender gap in STEM studies for students in the K20 space of education. Karin, as well, was appointed as Board Member and served as Secretary to the Florida Virtual School Foundation Board.

She meets, regularly, with state and national leaders in the effort of workforce development.

Key Innovative Solutions serves several industries from aerospace to construction, including Associated Builders and Contractors, as well local education agencies.   She heads up the workforce integration work for Space Florida.

Radiah Dent, Ph.D.
Dr. Radiah Dent is a native Floridian who has worked in education for 28 years in many different areas. Currently, she serves as the Coordinator of Career and Technical Education for Wilton Simpson Technical College. Dr. Dent truly believes in career technical education and that every student should have an opportunity to excel.
